Integrative Pediatric Therapy: OT, Speech, and Neurodevelopmental Care
At Sense Able Brain, we use our A.B.L.E. framework to Activate, Balance, Link, and Engage your child’s nervous system, sensory processing, movement, communication, feeding, reflexes, and the family routines that matter most at home. Traditional Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy can sometimes play a part in a child’s progress, but many children need more than isolated skill practice to make lasting progress. We will incorporate Laser Light Therapy with the QRI laser to support primitive reflex integration when retained reflexes are interfering with focus, coordination, emotional regulation, or learning. We include our Sound Learning program with the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), which uses specially filtered music to support nervous system regulation, listening, attention, and learning readiness. Our Bodywork Therapy, including approaches such as the Gillespie Method and STI Bodywork – the only one that incorporates Sensory Processing – can help address fascial restrictions, tightness, and body patterns that may affect feeding, movement, comfort, or regulation. And our A.B.L.E. Baby Program brings this same neurodevelopmental, whole-child approach to infants and younger children who need early support with feeding, tone, movement, regulation, or development.

Not yet. Our practice is located at 108 Myrtle Ridge Rd in Lutz, FL, about 15 to 20 minutes from Trinity via SR-54 E to US-41 S, depending on where you are coming from and traffic. Many Trinity families make the short drive because they want a team that looks at the whole child, explains what is happening underneath the struggle, and gives them practical next steps they can use at home.
