Sense Able Brain Pediatric Therapy & Learning Services is looking for an energetic, organized, fun, go-getter to join our team in an Office Aide role to help support therapy sessions and clinic operations. Our practice is a pediatric Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy clinic in Lutz, FL that is on a mission to transform the world by delivering the highest quality intervention and client experience.
The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with strong attention to detail. We will train on specific task items listed below, though the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. We NEED a fun, vibrant, engaging Office Aide to further our exceptional culture as we expand.
Part-time, on-site position. 15-25 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily checklist, ensuring cleanliness in the clinic and stocked supplies in the treatment rooms
- Ensure the storage room is tidy and organized; all items returned to their assigned position
- Copy and scan documents
- Assist in treatment sessions as needed
- Assist in caring with the therapy dogs
- Update order sheets to ensure adequate supplies
- Assist with onboarding, orienting, and training our volunteers
- Assist in care and maintenance of rental units
- Retrieve mail daily
- Perform learning and wellness services as trained and scheduled
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong desire for service; strong humility to be trainable

- Extremely intelligent and detail-oriented
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Does not get rattled easy and incredible at multitasking
- Strong efficiency skills
Pay rate: $16-17/hour
