At your child’s follow-up appointment, we’ll:

  • Review the Evaluation Report.
  • Let you know if your child qualifies for one of our specialized programs:
    • Feeding Therapy Program
    • Sound Learning Therapy
    • Laser Light Therapy
    • Neuro-Developmental Therapy Path to Success Program
  • Review our proposed Plan of Care (POC) with goals.
  • If you agree, you’ll sign the Parent Agreement, committing to follow through with the POC.
  • Set up a therapy schedule that works for your family to ensure consistency of care.

It may take a few weeks to begin a consistent schedule. Until then, we offer:

  • Telehealth appointments, and/or
  • A Flex Schedule option, which provides priority access to open appointment times. This option allows your child to begin receiving therapeutic intervention sooner.

Once a consistent schedule is available, your child will begin regular therapy sessions and start their path to success!

We make every effort to find a schedule that works for your family’s needs.

However, please note:

  • After-school appointments are limited.
  • Families who can attend daytime appointments are offered after-school times first when they become available.
  • Families unable to accept daytime scheduling may need to wait until summer for consistent after-school availability.

We take our role in your child’s success seriously. Therapy is a shared commitment—when we work with your child, we commit to their progress, and we ask families to do the same. Consistency is key to achieving strong, lasting results.

We are no longer in-network with any insurance providers, and we do not submit out-of-network claims directly.

However, we do provide Superbills for families to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on their policy.

Many of our families have successfully received partial or full reimbursement for services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before starting therapy to confirm your benefits. You can also use our Insurance Resource Guide to help navigate your coverage.

We accept:

  • Family Empowerment Scholarship – Unique Abilities (FES-UA, formerly Gardiner Scholarship) – we are direct-bill providers.
  • Credit card, HSA/FSA, check, or cash.
  • Discounted packages are available.
  • Good Faith Estimates are available in the office.
